We are specialist designers working in retail and hospitality. In practice however this means we work on projects anywhere people congregate to shop, eat or spend their leisure time.
Our point of difference is the way in which we combine design with research and strategy. We use design led thinking to create unique brands with commercial cut through.
Our clients come to us at all stages of their business cycle. We therefore provide a tailored approach to suit where they are at. This means some projects require much more investment in strategic thinking and research in order to break new ground while others simply need to replicate their offer to get to market quickly.
Design
We design all types of food and beverage outlets, shops and kiosks. We are highly experienced in this area with much of our work to be found in shopping centres around the country. We also work as shopping centre placemakers designing communal spaces such as outdoor dining precincts, food courts, mall furniture and amenities.
Retail Design Management
We are retail design managers (RDM’s) for a number of shopping centre owners and managing agents. We review and direct concepts and construction details to suit the aspirations of the centre. We also do centre audits, design guidelines and tenancy lease plans.
Consulting
As design consultants we often get asked to review physical space to understand why a retail or hospitality business may be missing the mark or failing to perform. Reviewing the offer through the eyes of the customer can reveal why there is a lack of engagement. Our recommendations can make a huge difference to the commercial success of your venue or venture.
